Nursing Home

The Merrimack County Nursing Home is currently accepting applications for Registered Nurses, Licensed Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, and LNA Trainees.

Registered Nurses

Earn up to $45.18/hour

Our Full-Time Registered Nurses are expected to provide direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the Merrimack County Nursing Home, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services and/or Unit Coordinator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Licensed Nursing Assistants

Earn up to $23.97/hour

Our Full- or Part-Time LNAs are expected to perform a wide variety of services to assist in the care of residents, their quarters, recreational and work activities.  Assist residents to attain and maintain the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being as determined by resident assessments and individual plan of care.

Licensed Practical Nurses

Earn up to $37.64/hour

Our Full-Time Nurses are expected to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Licensed Nursing Assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the Merrimack County Nursing Home, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Unit Coordinator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Medication Nursing Assistants

Earn up to $26.01/hour

Our MNA's are expected to perform the standard duties of a Licensed Nursing Assistant and assist in passing medications to residents as delegated by an RN or LPN.

LNA Trainees

Earn up to $16.50/hour

Our Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Trainees will attend LNA classes and clinical and maintain a full-time schedule by working in nursing units providing assistance within the scope of practice. LNA Trainees earn $16.50 per hour while in the program.
No contracts and no mandatory overtime!

Housekeeping Aides

Earn up to $21.86/hour

Our Housekeeping Aides are expected to maintain a clean and disinfected environment throughout the Nursing Home.
